Our professional staff includes retired military officers and NCO's, some with active Army Cavalry service; Frontier Army and Native American scholar; experienced movie re-enactors, and respected Northwest outfitters.

See the braves and troopers cross the Little Bighorn River at Medicine Tail Coulee.

    Families and First Time Riders are Welcome! Also superb training for experienced horsemen and re-enactors.
    Each program tailored to perfectly meet your individual expectations. Most all classes within our courses are adaptable for non-riders.

    • "Custer's Last Ride (8 day) Adventure"Next course 15-23 June 2024. Staff Rides available May thru Sep.
      Register now and save your spot (esp Dec-April) for a 2024 Adventure! We are full most every year since 2013. Get Ready to Ride! Registration for June 15-23, 2024 course is open.
    • Little Bighorn Adventure & Cavalry Ride (4 Day), Mobile Training Team available for beginning to advanced Cavalry Horsemanship training. These courses are tentative (before Crow Fair), requires minimum number of 10 participants. May be cancelled due to numbers and working on Cavalry scenes in Montana for movie filming.
    • (Military) Staff Ride of the Custer's Last Stand/Little Bighorn with/without Rosebud Dates (1 to 4 days) are open May thru Sep! Premium openings for military units doing Staff Rides are available. OCS and ROTC units have re-occuring Little Bighorn Staff Rides.
      Custer's Last Stand Staff Ride is amazing training and team building event.
    • Packing, Animal Handling & Horsemanship Course,5, 7, 10, or 14 Courses available May thru Sep at Ft Harrison area/Helena, MT, Little Bighorn and Bighorn Mtns, or possibly Cascades of Methow Valley/Twisp, Wa. (this course is tentative, depends on # of student reservations),
